Scandinavians do summer food so well – wholesome, flavoursome, simple yet sumptuous to look at – it is the essence of ‘lagom’ or balance, with everything in moderation. For some Scandi balance into your summer meals try tempting breakfasts such as Cinnamon Bun French Toast. Sharing plates such as Smoked Mackerel Rillettes with Rye Crisps are ideal for grazing, while satisfying larger plates include Danish Plaice with Remoulade. All-important cake and fika include a Midsommer Strawberry Cake, and a classic Sourdough Rye is on offer in the breads chapter. Delicious desserts include a Swedish Mess with Cloudberries. Also included are Brontë’s fascinating insights into Scandinavian summer traditions and celebrations.

1) Free shipping for orders over $300 applies only to customers within Australia and excludes bulky and oversized items.
2) International Shipping is a $35 flat fee.
3) Oversized and bulky items can not be shipped internationally.
4) Express Post is only available within Australia and costs $15, excluding customers in WA. Express Post to WA costs $20.
Express delivery takes approx. 1-3 business days for Metro areas, and approx 2-4 business days for customers in WA, NT and remote areas.
5) Express Post excludes bulky and oversized items.
