If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. A full refund or exchange will be applied. Excludes sale items. Please email us on sales@nordicfusion.com.au or contact us in store to discuss.

Returns or refunds are not applicable to sale items and items that have been worn, used or damaged. All food items and fabric sales are deemed final and can not be returned for a refund or exchange. We do not accept 'change of mind' returns for products purchased on sale.

Items must be returned in original packaging with labels attached. Include a copy of your receipt along with your full contact information. Appropriate care must be taken when mailing items back to us. Nordic Fusion will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please post items to our head office at 9A Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100. 

Alternatively, you can return products in store at our Manly store on 2 Wentworth Street, Manly NSW 2095. Open Mon to Sat 10am to 4pm.
