About the Job 

We’re seeking a hands-on and organised Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Sydney warehouse. You’ll supervise a small team of up to five casual warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of stock from receiving to dispatch.
This could be a part-time role (3–5 days per week), perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example in a supportive, design-focused small business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support up to five casual warehouse staff.
• Prepare and manage rosters in line with operational requirements.
• Oversee and/or process receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process receipts of stock, pick and pack orders, and print labels and shipping paperwork as required.
• Manage quality control processes, reporting and segregating faulty or damaged products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Cin7 inventory management system.
• Conduct counts of products as required and lead the annual stock take process.
• Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, and stock integrity.
• Ensure the warehouse is organised, safe, and compliant with company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Sales & Marketing as well as with Management to priorities workflow and support business objectives.
• Liaise with shipping couriers and Australia Post regarding pick ups and deliveries as well as any issues regarding the shipping or receiving of goods to and from our warehouse.

About you 

You’re an experienced and detail-oriented warehouse professional with a passion for organisation, quality, and teamwork. You enjoy leading others, solving problems, and helping a small business run efficiently and smoothly.

You will have:

• 3+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience using inventory management systems (Cin7 preferred).
• Sound knowledge of warehouse safety and quality standards.
• A hands-on approach and ability to motivate and guide others.
