Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of your order, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. You will receive an email tracking advice from Australia Post once completed. Transit time will depend on your location, items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. If any items are temporarily out of stock or sold out, we will contact you to advise and discuss lead times or alternative options.
Delivery Details
Nordic Fusion uses eParcel, Australia Posts electronic freight management system to deliver your order. eParcel is safe and reliable and all parcels are barcoded allowing for online tracking so we'll always know exactly where your order is. eParcel allows for delivery to a street address or PO Box, whichever you'd prefer. If you are not home on day of delivery, a card will be left in your letterbox advising to collect your parcel from your local post office. Or you can leave delivery instructions if you wish the parcel to be left at the front door for example.
Please note: If you elect for your parcel to be left on your premises, Nordic Fusion can not be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result.
Delivery Schedule
If your order is urgent, we are happy to arrange faster delivery by Express Post for a small additional fee. (Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network). Please advise when you place your order if you would like your parcel to be sent Express.
  • Delivery within metro Sydney: 1-2 working days
  • Delivery from Sydney to other cities and large towns in NSW: 1-3 working days
  • Delivery from Sydney to interstate cities (including Perth): 2-5 working days
Delivery Costs
Between 100g-5kg we charge a flat fee of $10 to ship the products to you Australia wide. An additional fee for goods over 5kg will be applicable and we will contact you to discuss charges.
For parcels up to 1kg, we send your order out via registered post at the following rates. Additional fees for parcels over 1kg will be applicable and we will contact you to discuss charges.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. A full refund or exchange will be applied. Excludes sale items. Please email us on or contact us in store to discuss.
Returns or refunds are not applicable to sale items and items that have been worn, used or damaged. All food items and fabric sales are deemed final and can not be returned for a refund or exchange. We do not accept 'change of mind' returns for products purchased on sale.
Items must be returned in original packaging with labels attached. Include a copy of your receipt along with your full contact information. Appropriate care must be taken when mailing items back to us. Nordic Fusion will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
